We have various career paths depending on where you start. Manufacturing technicians can move off the line to Quality or Supply Chain roles, into Maintenance roles or become Leads, Supervisors or Managers. Maintenance technicians can become Technologists, Engineers, Leads, Supervisors or Managers. Engineers can further their skills and knowledge by climbing our Engineering Career Ladder or transitioning into a leadership role.
Team members throughout our facilities have opportunities to grow and stretch themselves by becoming involved in various plant activities such as: becoming a Guardian on our Safety team, helping build morale on the Engagement Committee or partnering with the United Way and Boys and Girls Club.
